Australian Photojournalist 2010 edition: the Rights of the Child.
The APJ is a publication of the highest standard produced by students in the photography department, who contact the world's best photojournalists for permission to publish their work. Each edition centers on a particular theme. Once the work has been sourced, the students at Liveworm (the studio at Queensland College of Art) then produce the design.
After completing a placement at Liveworm as part of my studies, I was awarded a scholarship to work 3 days a week. It was a huge honour to be given the task of completing the 2010 edition of APJ, which a previous designer (Jasmine de la Vega Cruz) had begun.
